5. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Jurisdiction
The foundation shall not be held liable for temporary technical interruptions, payment gateway outages, or network delays beyond its operational control. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Murbad / District Thane, Maharashtra.
